Pricing

Pricing

Well the truth of the matter is there really isn't a fixed price on most of our services as it is too variable in terms of the work, time and effort needed for each client. However, we do have rough estimates/ranges which for the most part our services fall into.

For all our services we ensure to work in the most transparent way possible until reaching completion to your expectations. In order to fully have your trust we only take payments after the work is completed. Yes really. This is because our priority first is making sure we help you build up your Wikipedia presence. We believe the rest can be up for negotiations later, your public image however does not have this luxury of time.

Article Creation: $749-2099

Generally for article creation the price can range from $749 for articles that require less research to $2099 for long complex articles with extensive research that may be a bit difficult to publish as they may have been previously deleted or may be limited to only extended-confirmed users. In 2022 the median price for an article was $849. In 2023 the median price was $999

Article Editing: $249-$899

Edits on articles usually fall between $249 for minor edits which include correcting inaccurate statements and don't take much sourcing to $899 for major edits that require significant changes to large sections of the article and new sourcing to either be accurate or in order to conform to Wikipedia standards. In 2022 and 2023 the median price for article edits was $549.

Draft Publishing: $399-$999

We help clients stuck at draft level from $399 for changes to the article sources and changing the tone slightly to get accepted to be moved to mainspace, to $999 for major overhauls of the draft to be modified to accepted Wikipedia level. In 2022 the median price was $699 and in 2023 the median price was $749.

Adding Images: $249

There really isn't much into it in terms of adding images since it's all the same process. Usually we add or change images for the same price of $249 by first ensuring there is no copyright dispute to the image (even if you own it trust us, that's not enough to make it eligible for licensing for it to be posted to Wikipedia) then uploading to Wikimedia and finally placing the image in the article

Article Translation: $299-$599

In terms of article translation, it usually ranges from $299 for short articles with less content to $599 for really long articles that require quite a bit of time. The translation process is not really as simple as one may expect as one actually needs to make a series of manual changes without the aid of machine translation (Google Translate). It is for this reason sometimes it is necessary for us to outsource to individuals who are fluent in the language which we translate to.

Tag Removal: $249-$499

Articles that are labelled with banners as being too promotional or other issues such as not satisfying notability are usually first edited extensively to ensure the issue addressed is remedied. From then on we go ahead and ensure the banners are removed. This usually ranges from $299 for banners that are generally only single and require little editing to remove to $499 for multiple banners that may require a more detailed and extensive editing to ensure they are removed. For 2023 the median price for tag removal was $349.
